Welcome to our practice! We’re excited to serve you and your family with comprehensive care for a lifetime of fantastic smiles. Dr. Burris and our entire team welcome the opportunity to get to know you and provide the personalized service our patients depend on.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment will take about one to two hours. One of our friendly dental assistants will discuss the reasons for your visit and take a full set of digital X-rays. These detailed images will give Dr. Burris a detailed view of your teeth and supporting structures to aid in treatment planning.
You’ll meet Dr. Burris to discuss your needs, concerns, and expectations, then receive a comprehensive exam that includes:
- An oral cancer screening
- A check of your gums for signs of periodontal disease
- Cavity detection with our non-invasive DIAGNOdent laser and LOGICON Caries Detector™ Software
- Photos taken inside your mouth with an intraoral camera
Following your exam, Dr. Burris will explain her findings, answer your questions, and suggest therapies to maximize your smile.
Insurance Information
We accept all dental insurance plans and file claims as a courtesy to our patients. If you have questions about your coverage, please bring a copy of your policy to your appointment. We’ll be happy to help determine your benefits and coverage amounts.
Payment Methods
Dr. Burris accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We’re also pleased to provide third-party financing through CareCredit. Please see their website for information on low- and no-interest payment plans and to complete an application online. We have CareCredit applications in our office as well.
We extend a 3% discount when fees in excess of $1,000 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that the appointment is scheduled. Call to learn more.
